Food Theatre 2025
Our Fabulous Food Theatre will be compered by the ever-entertaining Peter Gott of Sillfield Farm and, among the celebrity chefs already confirmed for demonstrations are ‘This Morning’s Phil Vickery, and game specialist, Tim Maddams. Look out for the game butchery demonstrations from Honeywells, foodie recipes and inspiration from Luke Canning of award-winning 8 at Gazegill and something special from the Fleece at Dolphinholme.

‘This Morning’s Phil Vickery,
Tim Maddams
Tim Maddams, thoughtful foodie, cooks up a storm using his homegrown ingredients, always with a wild influence along with a selection of local produce to celebrate the season. Tim has been a chef for 30 years, cooking for the likes of Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall, Mark Hix and Marco Pierre white during the course of his long career - he has appeared on various TV shows over the years including River Cottage and BBC Good Food now lives in NE Scotland where he has a smallholding and divides his time between fishing, hunting and foraging - whilst not cooking for his clients various needs. Tim has cooked at Many game fairs before and has published a book on Game preparation and cookery. He is very excited to be coming to the Lancashire Gamer Festival “A great local show with a strong heart and so much fun from start to finish, I cant wait to come back and cook some of the best produce in the country, produced on the doorstep of the show and beyond - See you there!”
